Customer Success Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Success Manager to join a leading organiser of large-scale B2B exhibitions and live events.

This is a highly client-focused role where you'll be the main point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience before, during and after each event. You'll work closely with clients to help them maximise the value of their investment while supporting the successful delivery of a portfolio of well-established industry exhibitions.

Working alongside the Sales, Marketing, Content and Operations teams, you'll play a key role in managing the exhibitor journey, building long-term relationships and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The Role

As Client Success Manager, you will:

  • Act as the dedicated point of contact for exhibitors and sponsors from contract through to post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure sponsor deliverables are fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and help them maximise the value of their event participation.
  • Manage the exhibitor onboarding process, providing guidance on exhibitor platforms and online systems.
  • Deliver training and support on lead capture technology and exhibitor tools.
  • Create and distribute promotional assets to help exhibitors increase their visibility and encourage visitor engagement.
  • Coordinate exhibitor communications, ensuring clients receive key updates, deadlines and event information.
  • Respond promptly to exhibitor enquiries and resolve issues in a professional and customer-focused manner.
  • Support exhibitors with operational requirements, logistics and event preparation.
  • Provide guidance on sponsorship opportunities, visitor engagement, speaking opportunities, hospitality packages and onsite activity.
  • Build long-term client relationships, encouraging repeat participation and identifying opportunities for additional event services where appropriate.
  • Assist with rebooking and renewal discussions following each event.
  • Gather client feedback to help improve future exhibitor experiences.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations and Content teams to ensure the successful delivery of each event.

About You

You'll be a confident relationship builder with a passion for customer service and ideally have experience in events, account management or client success.

You'll also have:

  • Previous experience in Client Success, Customer Success, Account Management, Event Management or another customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
  • A commercial mindset with a genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Desirable Experience

It would be beneficial if you have experience within:

  • Exhibitions, conferences, trade shows or live events.
  • Sponsorship fulfilment or event marketing.
  • B2B customer or account management.
  • Construction, design, interiors or related sectors.
  • Exhibitor management platforms and creative tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
